Returns and refunds

At Curated Artisans Eye Shop, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality readers and sun readers and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, you may need to return or exchange your eyeglasses. This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from our store.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • You are eligible for a return or refund if you purchased your eyeglasses directly from Curated Artisans Eye Shop and can provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Returns and refunds are applicable within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your eyeglasses must be in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

2. Returns for Readers and Sun Readers

  • If there is an issue with the eyewear that is a result of an error on our part, we will accept returns and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • For returns due to manufacturing defects or quality issues, we will offer a full refund or exchange.
  • If you wish to return or exchange your eyewear for any other reason, a restocking fee may apply.

3. Returns Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sherrie@curatedartisans.us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Include the RMA number on the return package to ensure efficient processing.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the eyeglasses back to us unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned eyewear.
  • We will refund the original purchase amount to the payment method used for the original transaction.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your eyeglasses for a different pair, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
  • We will process the exchange once we receive the returned eyeglasses in their original condition.
  • If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.

6. Warranty

  • Our eyeglasses come with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
